By installing or using the Arixify Chrome Extension ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users of Arixify, including free and paid (Pro) users.
Arixify is a Chrome Extension that allows users to save, organize, and insert text prompts into AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. The Service includes a free tier and a paid Pro tier with additional features.
You retain full ownership of the prompts and content you store in Arixify. We do not claim any rights over your content.
You are solely responsible for the content you store. You agree not to use Arixify to store or distribute content that:
Disclaimer: Arixify is a storage and insertion tool. We do not review, moderate, or take responsibility for the content users store. Any misuse of the Service is solely the user's responsibility.
Arixify offers a Pro plan with the following terms:

| Payment processor | Payments are handled by Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record. |
| Refunds | Refund requests within 7 days of purchase will be honoured. Contact us at [email protected]. |
| Cancellation | You may cancel at any time. Pro features remain active until the end of the paid period. |
| Downgrades | On cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier. Prompts exceeding the free limit are not deleted — they become inaccessible until you re-subscribe or reduce your count. |

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
AI platform DOM structures change frequently and without notice. We cannot guarantee that the prompt insertion feature will work indefinitely on all supported platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arixify and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, particularly the user content restrictions above. In cases of termination due to violations, no refund will be issued.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your cloud data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Arixify after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
